  • Processing & Delivery Times:
    • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days as we coordinate with our manufacturers (similar to platforms like Alibaba).
    • Delivery to Puerto Rico: Expect delivery in 7-14 business days. Shipping to Puerto Rico may take longer due to island logistics and customs processes.
    • Delivery to U.S. Mainland: Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days.
    • International Delivery: Allow 10-20 business days, depending on the manufacturer’s location and customs clearance.
    • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or manufacturing logistics.
  • Shipping Methods: Your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer’s facility, using reliable carriers they select. Specific carrier details (e.g., USPS, FedEx) will be provided when available.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships from the manufacturer, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow its progress.
  • Lost or Damaged Orders: While our manufacturers handle the shipping process, we’ve got your back.
